L4D1 TRS Survivors 2008

So this is a really simple mod that I made for myself. It's a recreation of the early 2008 progress bar that can be seen in the beta videos of Left 4 Dead. Beta icons are not included in the mod. Install instructions in the changelog.

Combines the TF2 pistol, TF2 shotgun, and CS:S p228 in an attempt to recreate the pistol sound heard very late in development. This is nowhere near exact, I just loaded up the clearest clips I could find and went by ear.
