This mod replaces Bill with The Division player model mixed from different outfit sets and gear parts.

Interesting facts:
- Agent William "Bill" Overbeck served two tours of duty in the Vietnam War. He uses lots of gear from that time period
- Bill don't trust those new fancy respirators, he uses his good old gas mask than never failed him
- In his front backpack strap purse he has a zippo lighter. There is an inscription carved into the lighter's side, it says "Vietnam 66-67 Da Nang"
- Bill smokes Lucky Strike cigarettes, he's got one pack in his drop leg bag
- He still wears his old dog tags
- Bill was recruited by The U.S. Government and became a sleeper agent in 2005
