    What exactly does this config provide? I don't see any difference.

    What exactly does this config provide?  I don't see any difference.  And why are you playing at 200 fps?  Your video card is noisy and will fail faster.  Normal gamers set the limit to 90-120 fps.  This is more than enough for online games.  Especially such an old game.
