Copia y pega el archivo "l4d_crashcourse_bg.bik" en la carpeta "media" ubicada en la ruta del juego:

Disco local (C:)\Steam\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\left 4 dead\left4dead\media

O, si no sabes dónde está, haz clic derecho en el juego, luego selecciona "Administrar" y "Explorar archivos locales". 

Luego, ve a la carpeta "left4dead" y luego a "media" y copia y pega el archivo allí.

Para aquellos que no tienen el juego, el proceso es casi lo mismo. Simplemente haz clic derecho en el juego, luego selecciona "Abrir ubicación del archivo"

y busca la carpeta "media" para copiar y pegar el archivo allí. 

(ANTES DE COPIAR Y PEGAR, CREA UNA COPIA DE SEGURIDAD DE TU FONDO ORIGINAL "l4d_crashcourse_bg.bik" EN CASO DE QUE QUIERAS VOLVER A TENERLO ORIGINALMENTE).
