Copia y pega el archivo "l4d_crashcourse_bg.bik" en la carpeta "media" ubicada en la ruta del juego:

Disco local (C:)\Steam\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\left 4 dead\left4dead\media

O, si no sabes dónde está, haz clic derecho en el juego, luego selecciona "Administrar" y "Explorar archivos locales". 

Luego, ve a la carpeta "left4dead" y luego a "media" y copia y pega el archivo allí.

Para aquellos que no tienen el juego comprado, el proceso es casi lo mismo. Simplemente haz clic derecho en el juego, luego selecciona "Abrir ubicación del archivo"

y busca la carpeta "media" para copiar y pegar el archivo allí. 

(ANTES DE COPIAR Y PEGAR, CREA UNA COPIA DE SEGURIDAD DE TU FONDO ORIGINAL "l4d_crashcourse_bg.bik" EN CASO DE QUE QUIERAS VOLVER A TENERLO ORIGINALMENTE).
