L4D2 BGM for L4D

working version of my mod. my last upload didn't work because like an idiot i forgot to include the 'addoninfo.txt' in the vpk.

Fixes the metal doors in L4D2 maps. The L4D versions don't fit in the frame and have the incorrect texture, so this is just a simple fix that shouldn't affect default maps like The Sacrifice, so they will still have the doors intended ...
