Good alternative.

Same obscuring difficulty as the original boomer vomit, but in a much less annoying fashion. Far better than just removing the bile entirely like some do, so I approve.

Pros:

- A layout more or less faithful to the game it's derived from
- Gameplay elements that make the standard survival scenario expanded (doors, power level that can be replenished)
- An expanding progression of events similar to Helm's Deep Reborn

Cons:

- Pretty dark (which is fine as a gameplay element but is a personal pet peeve of sorts)
- The area is way too small for the amount of infected spawning in it
- Time progression is almost infuriatingly slow (getting to the end takes over an hour)
- One part of the level uses ladders in order to escape, except for one which is a pipe rather than a ladder, which confused me for awhile since normally those are not climbable

Conclusion:

A solid effort that shows a lot of work being put in. Flaws are certainly present but it has a lot of potential, especially for what elements are already implemented into the map.

Pros:

- A decent attempt at a map genre not often explored (I'd say rarely, but thankfully we did have a build map contest not too long ago. 
- The premise itself for why they'd be building a sanctuary on the island is nice and makes sense from a story standpoint.
- Clever use of textures to allow for notes to be found and read, which was a nice touch.

Cons:

- Ultimately there's not a whole lot to do, as most of the build aspects are both straightforward and monotonous.
- Forces Bill to die, which adds little to the story aspect in exchange for hampering the map and a player who might have been able to use Bill. 
- Navigation for Zombies was a bit lackluster.
- The map crashed my client once and caused many moments of it freezing, but since I play on a crappy rig and use several mods, I won't say for certain that it's the mapper's fault.

Conclusion:

It's a nice attempt but ultimately disappointing. It could grow into something worth revisiting if it were optimized and expanded, but in its current state I wouldn't fully recommend it.

Pros:

-Unique and interesting take on the system.
-Was pretty fun to "build" the finale.

Cons:

-The unlocking system with the gnomes is frustrating. It's very hard to tell what is unlocked and what will be unlocked later. It felt like I was just throwing gnomes in at random and hoping it would release a good weapon.

Conclusion:

All in all, a fun and interesting map indeed.

Pros:

-Wonderfully unique mechanic with earning money by killing infected.
-Building your defensive wall is pretty cool.
-The HUD displaying your money and part cost was also quite clever.

Cons:

-Map is very small; without the mechanics, there's very little to do.
-With the slot machines, the bots love to steal whatever weapon or item comes out the instant it's spawned.

Conclusion:

Great idea and great carry-out, with the cost of there being little to do. I think that it would be amazing to see another map made with this system that had more space and variety. Well done, you scripted and put this together amazingly well if you ask me.

Pros:

- Each character looks detailed and interesting.
- Color schemes make them easy to tell apart (with exception to pilot and Vader, but they already look vastly different to begin with).

Cons:

- None that I can think of.

Conclusion:

Looks to be a great pack. Will enjoy using this.

Pros:

- Looks nice, good color scheme.
- Good animation.

- Can't take comments or criticism seriously, judging by all the removed comments.

If I weren't using Urik's hud, I'd use this one.

- Does exactly as the mod describes. Simple and effective.

Conclusion:

Not everyone's cup of tea, but it's a mod many people were waiting for, and seeing them happy from it is nice. Hopefully you can optimize it a bit in the future to work better than it does now.

- Accomplishes a lot of good things for those who don't know how.
- Well designed and easy to use.

Cons:

- Since so many things are modded, it's very likely to conflict with other mods, depending on what the user has installed.
- Very hard to fully remove if one wishes to do so.

Conclusion:

It's a great collection of mods for the player who knows little or nothing of modding. If you know a fair bit about modding though, you'd be better off opening the mod and learning from it instead of applying it. In other words - not for everyone.

Pros:

-Model and texture are beautifully done
-Animations for holding and swinging the weapon are near-perfect
-Animation for being on the character's back is also great
-Bash animation uses the shield
-Looks great in thirdperson too

Cons:

-When the character is actually swinging the sword, he switches to twohanded during it, and reverts to the one-handed hold when idle. Just a minor nitpick.

Conclusion:

Looks great, feels great, and very amusing to use. Well done.

Pros:

-Transparency looks damn awesome.
-Design is appropriately themed and fits the blade well.
-Great color choices.

Cons:

None come to mind.

Conclusion:

Probably the coolest katana skin I've seen so far. Well done.

-Each icon has a common but appealing background, which shows that mere screenshots weren't slapped on, so effort was definitely put into this.

-Might just be me, but I'm used to seeing the characters in the icons with "neutral expressions", so seeing them with creepy smiles or war faces is kinda odd.
-Icons seem a little too bright in that ingame render.

Small mod, but a good one. You didn't make it a lazy hackjob, the icons look nice and well-designed.

Obviously anyone with custom weapon sounds won't find much use for this, but it's a pretty neat idea. Good work.

-Honestly? It looks pretty professional for the most part. I can tell some effort was put into this.
-Icons are (to me) unique and interesting.
-Not just another weapon reskin that we have plenty of - this reskins something that isn't altered much, and makes it look damn good in the process.

Cons:

-Some of the messages seem a little silly, such as the realism one (Shit just got real, run for your life!). Just seems a little inconsistent to me. Maybe you could try something more serious like "Friendship is all you have left" to kinda tie in to the default message which is something like "Teamwork is all you have left".

Conclusion:

Although I can pick out a few things that could (to me) be better, the design looks very nice and well done. It's a mod that quietly fits into the game without trying to change the whole menu to pretty pink colors and ponies in every corner. It's simple, elegant, and - this is perhaps the best thing I can say about it - I could easily use it if I wanted to, despite the fact that I don't really like the show much. Long story short, well done!

Very easy to get lost, without any way of being able to use markers or something. 
Intro is annoying when you lose, because it's a tad long.

Pretty fun. I like the idea of an endless maze or forest where one can wander around, get loot, and kill zombies without a definite objective in mind apart from doing whatever. (And I don't mean survival gamemode, since that's way too fast paced and intense.)

Menu icons look nice.

Character reskins and renaming are kinda silly and a bit of an eyesore, honestly.
Same for the weapons, they look like they were put through a Hue slider bar.

Conclusion:

Putting ponies in the game is just fine and all, but it looks like you were putting too much effort to slap "pony" on everything possible. Try focusing on a few things and make them look nice, instead of altering as many things as you can. Like I said, pony mods are just fine, but this could be a whole lot better.

Pros:

-Looks detailed and realistic.
-Always cracks me up to see a survivor carrying soda on their person during an apocalypse.

Cons:

-I'd have personally preferred the can label to me the default Dr. Pepper one, rather than one with a promotion on it (namely, the "1 in 6 wins!" thing).
-A sound effect to replace the "pills shaking in the bottle" with something like soda fizzing or the sound of a can being opened would complete the illusion, and probably wouldn't be too hard to implement.

Conclusion:

A fun mod to have, I enjoy it immensely. Could use a few tweaks IMO, but works wonderfully as is.

Pros:

Fairly good port of Dust.
Interesting to play with on L4D2.

Cons:

Ammo pile spawns are mixed with things like adrenaline, so sometimes you get several ammo piles in the same spot.
Melee weapon "axe" just shows up as a big "error" item.
Among the gas cans and air tanks, propane tanks will spawn, that are useless since they cannot be carried or detonated.
Windows and doors fade to nothing when the player's far enough away. It's very distracting.
A fair few missing textures here and there.

Conclusion:

Overall a good and fun map to play on, but it needs work.

Pros:

-Very Unique, both of them.
-Sandbox has a lot of variety, very fun to plan and work on tactics.
-Base has a good layout.

Cons:

-Base likes to lag very easily, it seems.
-Both are very hard to survive on, we had to resort to a Tank Only mutation just to get anywhere on them.

Conclusion:

I'd absolutely love to see more maps like this, honestly. Keeps the teamwork and combat while adding planned defense for a whole new game.

A lot of fun, but best if you can get a friend or two to play with you. An essential play-through for every fan of Ocarina of Time (and Master Quest, which this was heavily based off of, if I remember correctly).

-Pretty large area to look around at.
-Several spots you can initiate a survival round at.

Cons:

-The terrain is kinda empty at a lot of places.
-The map is listed in campaign when it shouldn't be - it should only be listed under survival. If you try running it on campaign, the turrets kill you.
-Constant "Made by blahblah" and slow-mo were annoying. Although it'd be cool if the slow-mo were some kind of toggleable ability or something.

Conclusion:

Pretty good idea for a map, to have places to explore. It would be cool to have to fight a few zombies here and there, but instead it's either completely quiet or completely overrun. Gets kinda boring after awhile, to be honest.

Pros:

Look nice and sound nice.
Cooler than the default minigun.

Cons:

Lighting is messed up by its custom flashlight, on my end.
Scripts make consistency errors when trying to play online.

Conclusion:

Looks nice, but gets in the way of enjoying it with the scripts and flashlight.
