Read this.
to make this addon work, you have to put it in the left4dead/addons folder but before for it to work, you have to extract all of the files from the pak_01.dir using GCFscape into the left4dead folder just the same directory where you can find the pak_01.dir and then rename the pak_01.dir to something else the game wouldn't read it. example: pak_01backup.dir

I extract it to my left 4 dead folder but it replaces the original pump shotgun but when i tried to play the shotgun mod semms to be invisible please help me
