Pros:
Great Rip from Age Of Chivalry, I love the music and Its for L4D1!
Cons:
needs more health packs and better spawn spots for infected.
Conclusion:
Good map but it needs to become a Campaign! it does need more health packs and I love that its on L4D1 and 2 but it does not spawn the infected but In front of the castle please make it so they spawn in more places and also add more types of infected I played for 30 minutes one time and never saw anything but tanks and infected...

As this is my edited review, this is still a good game, just minor cons, it is still good, yeah good game, 8.5/10

Pros:
- lord of the rings - nice helm deep replica - music - l4d1 - nice idea of events happening at medal wining
Cons:
- lagg - no loading screen - one screenshot? - you didn't restore sound so there's no music to non mapper folk (restoring it took me 5 min) - judging by the l4d2 version of the map this is 30 % complete
Conclusion:
Once again judging by the last update for it I would say you have abandon this map...which is a crying shame cause just look how well the l4d2 version is going... You don't have to do it exactly how l4d2 version is...but seriously...not even a sound restore to it? When you update the map I will upgrade my review,untill then if you don't care...I don't care....

Pros:
- Completely unique compared to all other maps. - It's a themed map, big fan of The Lord of the Rings. - It is a pretty accurate build of Helms Deep, from what I can remember, with the great wall and all. - The custom props and materials are always nice. - Countless places to hold out, and many techniques to try to get the best time. - Way more then enough supplies, haha. - The nav mesh was very well built. - No lagg at all, as long as you have a decent PC.
Cons:
- None, that I can think of.
Conclusion:
Great map, one of the best I have ever seen, ever!

Pros:
-Perfectly done replica of Helms Deep. -Very fun to play in survival. -Spawns are done so the zombies are actually invading Helms Deep, not spawning from behind you etc. -Plentiful supply of Jerry cans and other assorted explosive bits and pieces.
Cons:
-Sitting on the mini-guns on the far right wall, the drain exploded like in the movie, except we were stuck and couldn't move.
Conclusion:
A fantastic survival map with many places to hold out from the hordes, worth a download.

Pros:
Great music perfect textures good paths ( ladders, tunnels, stairs and ramps )
Cons:
the intro music is very stupid but when you blow horn the good music start miniguns are boring you can survive infinitive map is to big gameplay is wierd, common infected doesnt come to king throne room
Conclusion:
I like the l4d2 version more, this is just laggy and doesnt have defibs although it was fun to explore but gameplay is horrible. Very fun and easy to defend

Pros:
really well done good use of props good places to camp just awesome

at the back behind the two miniguns that appear at about 4 mins grounds don't meet. nothing else
Conclusion:
the best survival map i have ever played. really easy to defend, vulcan minigun in mess hall was really good without it i would never of made it to 45min no joke. highly recomended. 100/100 from me

Pros:
EPIC SIZED MAP!!! Very well detailed remains true to the movie version LOTR FTW infinite camping spots lots of explosives for lots of playing time the first few waves are slower moving, so you have more time to set up
Cons:
My only con is how everybody says theres too many explosives... to everybody who says that... "The more the merrier!"
Conclusion:
AWESOME MAP!!!! If you haven't downloaded it yet than your missing out!!!

Pros:
really good for them because theyle be able to move around alot and its very open spaced :D

carn't think of any tin

really fun to play especially if you play it with about 12 players the tower comes in handy when you have a tank after you, and u could survive a looong time in this

Pros:
- Has the 'Epic!' feeling. - SO many places to camp, endless possibilities. - Supply is gargantuan. The amount of supplies give endless tactical play. - Great detail. - I enjoy the multiple minigun spawns. - Some secret storage places, give me quite a surprise when I find them.
Cons:
- Tanks go up the tower funny.. Well this is also a Pro since it made me laugh ;). - Bots have a hard time traversing some locations, specifically ladders where they seem to always fall down.
Conclusion:
My favourite survival map in both Left 4 Dead and Left 4 Dead 2! It is just MASSIVE and there are SO MANY POSSIBILITIES! It is really well made, great texture work, lighting, placement of objects, and is overall a fantastic map. I could play this map for days on end and not get bored, hell even weeks. If you have a full party of 4, and you don't get enjoyment out of this map, you must obviously be lying. Bots have some problems climbing ladders though, that's the only negative. Even if you aren't a fan of the lord of rings series like me, you WILL enjoy this map.

Pros:
+ Fun + Easy to survive + Reminds me of Lord of the Rings. + Loads of supplies. + Great textures / feeling.
Cons:
- A little easy. - Agreed that there are to many gas / propane tanks.
Conclusion:
@ Player, you have to unzip it then drag the .vpk in the addons folder, or double click it.

I had a problem trying to play on it when i went to the menu of l4d2... wont show in addons.. Hope u guys can help me fix... Very Very Good Map, Cant wait for more of your maps!!!

Awesome Music. Fun to play. Unique design and textures. Well placed mini guns and supplies.

Conclusion:
Unique design, fun to play but the real star of this map for me was the music. The music really what made this map for me. Everyone should download and play this map. Great job.
