      Pros:

-- Pays homage to classic media, much in the same ways L4D does.

-- Easter eggs and other fun stuff everywhere. Took a lot of work for the Director to wipe the smile off my face while I was playing.

-- Well-lit and detailed in most areas.

      -- Custom music!

      Cons:

-- Some areas (like the Moria finale) will chow down on absolutely anybody's FPS.

-- Bots just can't cope with some of the areas.

      Conclusion:

Fun, fun, fun campaign. Don't know why I didn't play it sooner.

      Pros:

      + Very long campaign.
      + Perfectly working bot navigation.
+ Huge hurde events in map 3.
      + Medkits were spread perfectly.
+ Custom sounds, music and textures.
+ Horrorfying surroundings concerning map 2.
+ Great animations and panic events.
+ Many various themes, locations and ideas.
+ Finale was great with its light effects.
+ Directions were in a perfect amount and shape.
+ Support for L4D1, classic campaign.

      Cons:

      - Map 3 was painful with bots, you have to ease it up a bit.
      - Finale wasn't really spacious, so tanks could kill one easily.
      - Difficulty overall with AI is pretty difficult, concerning level 'hard'.
      - Not enough ammo piles, especially in map 3 and 4.
      - Definetely more pills needed.
      - Map 3 inside the cave: I had to keep pressing 'e' to enable the progress.
      - I've gone low on throwables all the time, so please more throwables aswell.

      Conclusion:

Yeah I guess this campaign was pretty awesome. But I'd honestly change some horde and tank events, especially when they are mixed, and apart from that also the campaigns difficulty. A nother thing I'd like to point out is the amount of throwables. I hardly found any, and if mostly just pipebombs. But summarizingly I think this is well done.

      Pros:

Still a great campaign in every sense of the word!
Unique and varied locations with a great amount of detail!
      Great level design!
Finally a version with complete audio!

      Cons:

Could still use a better intro.

      Conclusion:

This might not be the original release but it's a real gem! I played this with some friends after we saw this version brought back all of the original audio. It was a great experience and it was really fun to go back to after such a long time. Night Terror is still a great campaign in every sense of the word! Why? One word: originality. That's right this is one of the most original campaign you'll ever play. Even though each map has a different setting and plays differently it all fits together for some reason, like your stuck in a dream/nightmare (which is of course the case!). I love the unique locations, also the amount of detail everywhere is still amazing after all this time, especially the Haunted Mansion. There's great design everywhere you look and it all plays very smooth without glitches. Finally we have a version with all the complete audio which makes a huge difference on a campaign such as this!

If you have played the original Night Terror and would love to experience it once more the way it was meant to be played, now is a great time to revisit this old classic! :-)
