check his profile... same user with the "special Zoey" models from the workshop.
wouldn't be surprised if the vpk still has the same add on info as the workshop.

      Probably you could contact the admin with the evidences, if you think that this is the stolen mod of yours. Admin could investigate faster if you put the evidences.
