Pros:
Dark and creepy and very eerie! Really gives of the vibe of "Dark Carnival" feel! Stunning and amazing work!
Cons:
None.
Conclusion:
I agree with BobThePenguin, that it would be pretty awesome to have them for the rest of the campaigns, as they could use the The Real Dark XX look to it, as I'd love to see all this for the other campaigns, even for the L4D maps! 10/10 for this epic work. Mainly when I'm trying to focus, and out jumps a Tank from the darkness, it was great! Please keep up the smashing work, Princesa Luna!

Pros:
-Definitely a real game changer -Adds a new sense of fear that I never felt when I first played the campaign -In many areas it is PITCH. BLACK. Your flashlight will be of use here.
Cons:
Nothing against the mod really, just a warning to those who aren't used to this kind of retexture: This is DARK. I love this mod and all of "The Real XX" mods, but it is a very daunting thing to go up against if you aren't ready for it.
Conclusion:
This is a superb retexture. I have no complaints and look forward to playing this mod again and again. 10/10

Pros:
-Makes everything darker -You have to rely on your team mates more -If you want to see better in the dark you have to have your first aid in your hands ( a good thing because it adds more challenge ) -Makes it feel more like a horror game -Makes even normal mode feel hard

In conclusion, This mod is a masterpiece. If valve makes a Left 4 Dead 3, They should take lessons from you.

Pros:
* Darker than the not-so-dark Dark Carnival campaign... the whole campaign should be renamed "Nightmare Circus"! * Much more challenges await you in the dark! * Makes me wanna j*** my pants every time I startle the Witch or encounter a Tank!
Cons:
* None so far.
Conclusion:
This is by far the greatest re-texture for the Dark Carnival. Dim lights represents a sliver of hope, and the Darkness means disaster!

Awesome, more scarier and nice. The game looks more to a zombie apocafest now.

Pros:
- adds a lot of realism to that campaign - scary as f.u.ck
Cons:
- the first map is so dark, that you have to shoot blind at where you think the infected might come from ;) But that's not really a con cause it makes the whole thing more challenging

Pros:
Much more scary feel to the map Feels darker, not just in terms of looks, but in terms of feel Simple yet effective addon
Cons:
Makes it hard to special infected at certain places, which is a really bad thing in VS and makes it even worse when you are boomed on by a boomer. Like the guy below me said, a brighter flashlight is needed in order to cut through the darkness.
Conclusion:
Overall, its a must have for those who enjoy a more surreal game experience for the Dark Carnival and those who liked how dark the l4d1 maps were. As for other campaigns that would be good to see something like this, I would say probably Death Toll, The Passing, Swamp Fever, No Mercy, Blood Harvest, and Crash Course. Hope to see more of these in the future.

Pros:
-Very realistic, specially in forest-like parts, adds that suspense that anything can pop out of nowhere. -Makes you have that "oh crap" moments when SI spawn far away from you since you can't see them at all (specially with tank). -Easy to freak out when horde surrounds you in certain places since its pitch black (on higher dificulties). -Works amazingly with glow in the dark skins/models.
Cons:
-Some skins/models won't be as apriciated as usual due to the complete darkness as opposed to glow in the dark skins/models (no points deducted though). -Default flashlight isn't bright enough, had to use a birthter one.
Conclusion:
Overall amazing mod, it really puts your sense as to what might be lurking around and gives that tension and suspension-like feel that the game desperately needed.

Makes the game more scarier and darker, especially with certain infected mods added Makes you pay attention more in the dark.

None that I can see, unless you are afraid of the dark.
Conclusion:
This is a awesome mod for anyone interested in making their game scarier or give it a darker look to it. I am hoping you can do this for the rest of the campaigns. Keep up the great work!
