      Pros:

      * Bill with the new uniform is bad-ass!
* His piercing stare with "Luna's personal guard eyes" makes you think twice about crossing him!

      Cons:

      * None so far

      Conclusion:

      It's a defining moment for Bill to have his NLR Commando skin. Makes you really believe that he's really a soldier for the New Lunar Republic. This skin compliments well with the "Hell's Angels Francis skin", making them look like they really have moral differences!

      Pros:

      Interesting distinct stlyle for Bill

      Cons:

      No have your proper image in the Lobby

      Conclusion:

      It would have been flawless if there were no missed his image in the Lobby! Otherwise, it has a very different concept of who find themselves out there, and combined very well!

      Pros:

      MLP
Textures and detail is very well done.

      Cons:

      no picture on the lobby screen, but thats certianly not a big deal.

      Conclusion:

      Very nice MLP skin

End of results.
