      Pros:

      +Simple, yet effective
+Brighter than the default flashlight

      Cons:

      -Can sometimes cause glare on some surfaces (-0.3)

      Conclusion:

      I have had this mod installed for several months and I have got to say that it has never failed me. But, sometimes the flashlight can cause glare on, for example, a white wall. It's a good thing that the glare ain't that severe. Still very well-done. I still use it to this day.

      Pros:

      + Very bright.
+ Larger than default.
+ Helpful in daytime maps as well as nighttime maps.

      Cons:

      - Agonizingly bright on white or reflective surfaces near you, it really hurts my eyes sometimes... - 0.3
- If the game is minimized and maximized again the flashlight becomes the pink and black checkered pattern in the shape of a large square. This bug is fixed after loading the next map, though. - 0.2

      Conclusion:

      Very nice. Much better than the default. Before I had to have my brightness almost all the way up just to see 5 feet in front of me. Now I can have it at the lowest setting and see clearly.

      Conclusion:

      My eyes have trouble with very dark textures, graphics, etc, this mod makes the game playable for me, thank you SO much!

      Pros:

      + Brighter than default flashlight
+ Simple change that improves gameplay in dark maps
+ No need to strain our eyes in dark maps anymore

      Cons:

      - The light is too glaring when you shine it on a white surface that's very close to you

      Conclusion:

      This mod is very good for maps that have many dark areas (or is situated at night). The light can be quite glaring when you shine it on white surfaces that are too close to you, or in daylight, but it doesn't subtract from the effectiveness of this mod.
