Pros:

Greatly improves both the looks of the menu system in L4D2 and technically how it works. It also offers functions not available in the standard menu.
main menu greatly improved
Statistic loading screens improved
major improvements to the Lobby

Cons:

None really.
I would recommend you get his icon sheet and HUD as well.

Conclusion:

I have been using Urik's menu's for quite a while (at Omgot). He is very talented and this mod shows that.
 If you are not using this, shame on you. Your loss.
Shut up and download it!!
