      Good, but with faults

The lighting and detail is here, but this campaign suffers from what most custom campaigns do:
grid like mapping where ever corner, path and piece of architecture is comprised of 90 degree angles. They just don't make for very interesting play. The rooftop level was a highlight until you get to the 200 foot ladder down the plain chute. Also as noted by others, there are 7 very short maps here, so the pacing is quite off. So it kept my interest enough to play through once, but not enough to keep. Another run through would be a drag.

      Lots of maps but entertaining.

      Good
HL atmosphere & environments to travel across.
      Different events & a finale.
Balanced supplies so it didn't feel too easy or challenging.

      Bad

Some maps felt too short & it doesn't feel necessary to separate then into more than 5 maps.
Bots seem to get stuck on ladders or fall to their deaths.
The jumping sections, they felt awkward to navigate with bots.
The switch were you raise the car sometimes incaps you or bots for no reason.

It's a well made map that I enjoyed playing.

      Too separated

      Pros:
      +great atmosphere
+great environment, players have to climb up and down
      +great Tank timing
+the train cart part is interesting
      +the finale escaping is interesting
      +no bug

      Cons:
+too separated. It's a 9-map campaign, but the gameplay time is like 1 hour, same as other 4-/5-map campaign. It's is then meaningless to make it 9 maps.
+too many supply, making the campaign way too easy

Decent HL2 Port, but a bit too bland

There was a ping lag on chapter 1, the map porting is okay, bots doesn't seem to have issue on picking up items and navigation, but a lot of stuff has been removed from the original HL2 map, such as the lambda supplies thing. Not sure if expert mode is harder, but it's a bit too short and easy on normal. Hordes doesn't spawn as frequent, and the fact that there's not really a challenging aspect makes it a boring one. Tank sometimes spawn far away that it's rather easy to kill with rifles.
It's a good campaign overall, but lacks challenge and fun stuff.

There are 9 stages in this map

There are 9 stages in this map
some of them are not very necessary

The first four stages are very short,
I can finish first four stages in 10 mins,
but the last 5 stages took me 1 hour to finish

And no any rescue rooms in this map, which means that if you are dead, you have to wait until next stage

      Pros:

      Liked the finale
Mounted gun in finale actually useful.
      Good atmosphere
Good events, and none spawned perma-hordes while I had to run.

      Cons:

Horrendous navigation. Not a single arrow pointing the way.
Map 4- the epitome of the terrible navigation. If the guys in the video for this map have to take 20 minutes to find a ladder over a fence, that should be an indication that the path is not well defined.
Bots wouldn't grab anything in first map, and rarely grabbed pills outside of saferoom.
Bots would sometimes get stuck places until they teleported to me.
Tons of debris getting in the way, making maneuvering tedious.
Tanks take a long time to find you in the first part of the finale, if they find you at all.
Finale didn't have ammo pile. Didn't wanna ditch an AK for an M16, but didn't have a choice.

      Conclusion:

A potentially great campaign that's dragged down primarily by infuriating navigation. Sure, it's trying to get the HL2 feel, but the author can't forget that this is still L4D2, and when you get more enemies spawned the more time you take, it is not fun to run around trying to find where to go, which seems to be the only purpose of map 4. If you know where that damn ladder is (found it only by watching the video below), the map can be done in under 5 minutes. Despite the frustration, though, it is still worth a playthrough, and subsequent playthroughs will probably be more enjoyable as long as I remember where to go.

      Pros:

--Campaigns are relatively short but seem to get longer as you go. That mixes things up a little.
--You have to create paths by knocking things or whatever. Its cool I guess.
--A decent amount of variety from landscapes, to unexpected death traps

      Cons:

--Can get a little tedious (it IS 9 chapters after all)
--The finale is the ultimate hell. You don't know where to go and the tanks spawn one after another--ON EASY.

      Conclusion:

After 9 chapters and 2+ the bf and I rage quit after the finale. Tanks respawn one after another and there is NO indicator of where to go. Started off pretty good but the end was ridiculous.

      Pros:

      Kind of quick gameplay.

Nice to fight zombies in a HL2 scenario.

Adds nostaligc value of HL universe into L4D universe.

      Cons:

Tough the quick gameplay it's getting worse by the horde ammount at the end levels.

Really hectic at the end, due to an abusive horde of Tanks in the escape finale.

The maps for HL2 are just not adapted to the L4D "zombie style" they are just too narrow in many parts.

Big massive crash at map 1, so that ruins the prelude feeling.

REALLY SCARCE ammo and guns, also melee weaponery are almost totally abscent!!

      Conclusion:

This is a mod where L4D meets HL universe scenarios. So is one of them in which you must play it if you are looking for L4D campaings related to HL universe, as the City 17 and Ravenholm campaigns.

Tough the former parragraph expressed HL nostalgic content, this mod is outwighted by the cons than the pros. This mod has big flaws at the first map, some ones may be able to play it if they won't experience flaw or glitch problems, i had a terrible crash bug so that ruined part of the fun for me.

Anyway i was able to play the rest 6 maps, so i saved the rest of the fun.

Finally you must play this if you want to play all L4D content related to HL world.

      7.2

      Pros:

Maintains the Half Life look and feel.

      Custom music.

The train in the trainyard ran over Nick

      Immersive

      Cons:

Seven maps, though they go by quick

      Big download

Nostalgia is required on the player

      Average Finale

      Conclusion:

Works as you'd expect, being able to run around city 17 with zombie fleshmen gnawing at your knee caps. Re playable if you bump up the difficulty or play on Tank mode, other mutations, etc. for extra hilarity.

      Pros:

      It's... working fine

      Cons:

      Short maps
Almost nothing done to the maps
Lame navigation (bots getting stuck several times)
      Few melee weapons
The finale is not even close to a challange

      Conclusion:

A pretty bad campaign to be honest. It's short as hell, the finale is nothing what challange means and it's nothing you have done with it except adding weapons and other things we must have to finish the campaign. In overall, pretty bad.

      Pros:

      -Partially resembles HL2
      -Long

      Cons:

-Saferoom to Saferoom distance too short
      -Very dark
      -Can be confusing

      Conclusion:

Overall, this does include some aspects of HL2, Obviously, Npc's from hl2 cant be put, but no scene of Klieners lab, too dark, may be confusing. Not a very good map

      Pros:

      What pros?

      Cons:

-Long ass map (took us 1:30min to finish)
-The ending is not even worth it
      -REPETITIVE AS HELL

      Conclusion:

Not even worth it. I don't understand why this is a top map.

      Pros:

*Very long - Two intro maps and 7 head maps.
*Almost completely bug-free and well tested.
      *Very challenging and fast-paced.
*Non-linear, loads of different paths to go by.
      *Based on HL2.
      *Nighttime environments.
      *Correct use of distance fog.
      *Correct lighting.
      *Custom explosive barrels from HL2.
      *Destructible props & wood.
      *Unique finale.

      Cons:

      /Force-spawned enemies in certain areas.
      /No dialogue at all.

      Conclusion:

It's ages since I've played a campaign on this quality. My friend and I finished the campaign in ~2 hours and enjoyed it to the max. The gameplay is smooth, the visuals are just perfect, and nearly everything works flawlessly. Only real con is that there are multiple areas where certain special infected are forced to spawn in, eg. spitters seem to constantly respawn in the storm drain. When looking away from that, this campaign is definitely a clear 10/10.

      Pros:

      Great Map
lots of tricky places to be in

the ending is fun lots of tanks

the charger i encountered at the finale near the truck
      ran away then came back
      good us of weapons

      needs more melee

      Cons:

1st 3 levels the same as "Point insertion" half life map
ladder in Point insertion campaign is missing had to look all over the area to find it along the fence ... Ladder was almost invisible to see to get over,

to get past the the last section before the final section
had to figure out how to get over fence ..... finally shot the barrel
markings in the section are almost non existent to tell you where to do

      Conclusion:

okay map needs some work on it textures are good
