Pros:
Excellent Lighting Effects Powerful new shading effects Fits with L4D2 Don't kill weak CPU's and GPU's Increase L4D2 atmosphere and graphics level considerably
Cons:
None whatsoever
Conclusion:
Best Cinematic Mod with little to no cost on performance. Definitely recommended more then other graphics mods which will drain your performance (ENB and SweetFX)

Pros:
+ About everything that uses lighting looks better. + Teammates don't blind you at close range with their flashlight. + Camp downhill in Crash Course, chapter 1 and watch the barricade burning and glowing in the night... So gorgeous.
Cons:
- Negatory.
Conclusion:
This is one of those mods that just enhance a natural feature / thing of the game and as such you'd want to keep it enabled permanently, it doesn't conflict with anything and has absolutely no downsides whatsoever. The change isn't striking but if it was, then it'd have its downsides under certain conditions. Nothing is perfect in my eyes so 10/10 ain't gonna happen but the rating is subjective anyway.
