Allow cvars for Left 4 Dead

This addon is originally made by Ferretsshadow , I resized the healthbars so that it fits nicely on the default HUD, and I basically add the death overlay, which is from the old version, that's basically all.

This orange bar will replace the ugly color of the original process bar.

This pink bar will replace the ugly color of the original process bar.

The main purpose of this mod is allows to show the health of your teammates also in numbers. To add an extra tone, it also changes the color of the health and progress bar to PINK.
