Bugged Finale.

In the latest version, it is impossible to start the finale without using cheats because the switch to signal the rescue is behind an indestructible door. The cannot be opened or broken into.

Enjoyable, and easy snow-themed campaign

The map design, ambiance, and length were all greatly executed. It's not the hardest snow themed map out there (I'm looking at you Absolute Zero). Nonetheless, it's not dull like Whispers of Winter. Overall, I give it a solid 8 and recommend you try this out.

Dark Wood, along with Buried Deep and Wild Ride form the "triple crown" of custom campaigns for L4D2. My brother and I have enjoy playing buried deep for its long, but enjoyable maps. Difficulty can range from easy to hard depending on player skill level, but personally I would rate it as balanced if playing with a friend and hard if solo (since the bots suck tbh).

Bug-ridden compared to the older releases

I updated from V2 to V4 and boy was it a bug fiesta. There are numerous bugs and it is as if the update increased the bot's stupidity levels from a 10 to 11.

Two of the bots run towards the fire after you fire the howitzer causing them to die. This DOES NOT happen on release V2. In addition, the bots also pick up the Scout Sniper which is the shittiest weapon in the whole game since it is bolt-action. 

Overall, I DO NOT RECOMMEND you update to V4. I am reverting to V2.

Great design with a few minor bugs

El diseño del mapa y el nivel es muy agradable y se siente muy extraño. Disfruté de los mapas y la estética común infectada fue agradable. La dificultad general es fácil.

Insectos:
El tercer mapa NO tiene latas de gasolina, así que tuve que usar la consola.

Oldie but still a goodie

For a map made over 9 years ago, one should temper their expectations when it comes to level design and overall "feel" of the map. Difficulty is easy with the panic events being your typical hordes of zombies. Armed with a katana and an AK-47, it was easy to go through the hordes. The finale reminded me of Among Us, where I had to accomplish tasks in order for us to complete the level. Overall good map, but there are better (and newer) campaigns out there.

Fun and short map that's not overly difficult

The map is well designed and there are no botnav issues on my end. Level design feels well populated and not overly linear, however it is far from "difficult" as advertised here. Armed with a katana and an AK-47, I made quick work of special infected. The abundance of Molotovs a.k.a the tank killer 9000, made it fun to decimate tanks, especially on the final level.

Stable and good for beginners

Out of all the Dam it versions, this one proves to be the most stable iteration. There is one small bug when the player presses Tab to see their stats, the thumbnail for the second map is greyed out. The finale leaves a lot to be desired and amused me with how easy it was.

Having played it yesterday, it's not what it is advertised as. First of all, the map starts out as Last Call (which was an unfinished campaign back in the L4D days), there's numerous bugs and lighting issues. The last map however wasn't the last call but Gore Factory, another unfinished campaign.

With so many trolls on this forums why trust this author, he's just like Herbius but worse. Next thing you know one of his campaigns might contain some ransomware and screw your PC over.

Pros:

I felt Like I was playing Minecraft when I was playing these campaign

Nice addons, the crafting and the opening chests and buttons

Neat Textures nothing missing
