      Dead End

      Look, no matter your work quality is, i just want an ending. So when i play it on Expert Single Player Mode and suffer on first chapter till i figure out how to get to safe room while tank is chasing my a$$, then i find the second chapter like that, so 1 star is fair, man...

      Liked the idea of dark woods, but was so dark and no weapons to start with except for a melee weapon and pistols with 2 bombs which is really bad in such a dark way. Got to the second chapter, but sadly after a while and especially after first wave, nothing happened. I consider it a real waste to end up with no rescue to come and no statistics of how much time it took and how many was killed and by whom. This is what i always seek when i try a campaign and i always do it on Expert as a challenge till i finish it. Wish you could fix it and wish every published work is fair and a real challenge for every L4D player. Good Job over there, but the work is incomplete.

      Review

      This was actually a pretty solid campaign. However, the map design was poorly done. There are noticeable stretched textures, grass not connecting to anything, floating on its own. It looks.. pretty bad, however I really like the concept. It looks pretty damn awesome, just needs to be polished. Also, you can fall into the water and be stuck and die instantly. You can also spawn inside the saferoom walls on chapter 2. Also, it needs to be clearer where to go, it can be very confusing at times. Other than that I enjoyed it. The navmesh was pretty descent and there was no glitches/bugs. So it was ok overall, just needs to be polished up quite a bit. And also, fps optimization issues in chapter one, struggles on low end systems.

      Shouldn't Have Been Left Unfinished

      PROS
      Very detailed forest/ruins
      Finale is pretty good
      
      CONS
      No variety in weapons
      Torches don't flicker that much
      Path not always clear, mostly because it's too dark
      Bots didn't want to grab health/weapons in Map 2 saferoom
      Bots wouldn't pick up Tier 2 weapon in finale area, using Tier 1 instead.
      Bots liked to get stalled near the vine ladder to climb on the finale roof area- they'd stop doing anything.
      Finale stalled on first try- 2nd tank never spawned so I was stuck.
      Bots on second try make it to the end, but won't jump in the rescue vehicle to trigger the victory.
      Lag
      
      CONCLUSION
      As a beta, this is nearly ready, and has the makings of a fun, albeit short, campaign. Not sure why it got abandoned, but after 4.5 years, clearly it's as complete as it ever will be, and it's not great as a finished map.

      • [50/50] Interesting Finale Location 
      • Detailed [Few Notable Areas] 

      Cons:

      • Flickering Torch Lights [Very Annoying]

      • [50/50] Finale is a Little Frustrating 
      • Bot Problem [Map 2]

      Conclusion:

      More fun than expected, pretty confusing at the same time and the campaign feels very mediocre.

      Pros:

      ======= In general =======
      + Nice design.
      + Water !!
      + A lot of medkits.
      + Supplies spread around more than enough.
      + Bot navigation was quite good.
      + Finale wasn't too bad either.
      + No need to give this up, dear author!
      

      Cons:

      ======= Map 2 =======
      - AI navigation problems: getting close to rescue vehicle.
      - Music was crackling.

      - FPS drops.
      - Laggy.
      - Very short, let's say about 20 minutes.
      - Hate these flickering lights . . . .

      Conclusion:

      Well I really don't know why you are not updating this campaign. It isn't bad at all. Sure it's very short and has a lot of FPS drops, but its very good for people who love short campaigns. Honestly, I think you could add at least two more maps to this campaign, so that it get's even better. Don't give this thing up!

      -Nice and dark

      -Lag
      -Frame rate issues
      -Flickering lights
      -The forest at the start was horrible
      -Short
      

      Conclusion:

      The start of the first chapter appeared rather boring, but it got much better when I entered the cave. The amazing design does not cancel out the continuous lag, frame rate issues and flickering lights (in the cave), which became rather annoying and made it hard to enjoy. If the lag, frame rate issues and flickering lights were fixed, I'd give it an 85 hands down. Overall not too bad.

      Pros:

      Very dark, 
      Something new
      Lots of water
      Lots of hights

      Cons:

      Too short 
      Finale was kind of dull
      Too many health kits, made it too easy

      Conclusion:

      Very nice map, loved the new feel. Have not played many maps that are as dark as this. But at the same time to easy and too short

      Very creative and fun
      
      Dark, unlike most l4d maps
      
      Lots of health kits

      Cons:

      The only ones i can think of is the difficulty of finding the walkie talkie and the lever message sticking on the screen.

      Conclusion:

      A creative and short campaign. Little hard to find the walkie talkie but overall it was a good map.

      Pros:

      Nice short campaign
      Loved the sound of water, makes it kinds relaxing LOL
      Bots did their jobs
      I liked the water effects

      Cons:

      None I can really think of, Rochelle stayed in safe, didn't wanna leave.
      The lever saying wouldn't go away after I pulled said lever. 

      Conclusion:

      Nice short campaign. Nothing to fancy or hard. I didn't find it all that dark, I could see fine. Good job
