Pros:
+ A very nice dynamic feeling and added detail. + Gives the Specials a more realistic and scarier look than their Default counterparts - it looks like that they've been through so much in order to reach and prey the Survivors.
Cons:
- When you equip a melee weapon, the blood splatters will not show up on the weapon itself. (-0.2)
Conclusion:
Overall, this realism skin is definitely worth checking out and downloading if you want that dynamic, nightmarish, detailed, and realistic feeling than their Default counterparts. The only known con for this mod is whenever you equip a melee weapon, the blood splatters would not show upon the weapon itself.

Pros:
- Updated versions of the originals. - They look good.
Cons:
- Nothing but the fact it might be a sublte difference, especially in action.
Conclusion:
It's hard to compare the skins in this mod to the originals, as they're not displayed on the page here (can I recommend comparison-pictures), but they do seem updated in quality and details. So it's subtle, they're obviously based on the same design, which is good if you're looking for mods that "update" and not drastically change the original game. This of course also means that they blend right in and don't stand out as if they don't belong in this game. So I like this, they look great. Some people don't seem to like the Charger's eyes, but I think they're OK. A little strange from a distance maybe. Any suggestion I can make is to perhaps make them look more dead and hollow (like a skull) or something like that. Overall, the difference might be a bit subtle, and especially when you're playing the game and paying attention, and for as much the special ones are encountered, it's not very noticeable. Who knows they could be spruced up a little but more, give them some more "special" features, without making them too crazy. Still, very good. I'm keeping it. :)

Look Scary Combined With XD001 Demonic Sounds, They're Creepy. Looks More Bloody, As If They Just Kill Millions Of People Looks HD

The Eyes Of The Charger Look Weird.
Conclusion:
Overall, Its A Great Mod, But Remove The Eyes Of The Charger. It Ruined 2% Of This Mod. I Vote 9,9/10 (10/10 if charger's eyes are gone/replaced by something more...scary...)

... I love your work. Seriously, this mod brings the game a bit more to life, and makes it seem real. The details and textures of the skins of these Infected show how much time and effort went into these projects. Completely worth the download. Other thoughts: I cannot wait until you finish your Survivor Realism Skins.( Nick and Rochelle look FANTASTIC!)

you really outdid yourselves with these. Every single one of these was an improvement over the original. You were able to make them scarier without having to replace them with a new model, like from Killing Floor or something like that, therefore still keeping their personalities that Valve gave them. This is a Zombie apocalypse and I like my infected as dirty and nasty as they can get and you were able to do that. Great job. also, any chance of doing a Realism Survivor Pack? The L4D2 survivors always looked a litte too clean for being in the middle of a zombie apocalypse.
