    Virgil's House Boat 2 (Rescue Tug)

    This REALLY stands out more than most prop mods- it's just excellent.  And it appears in at the end of several campaigns, not just one.  Since the zombies, according to Bill, can't swim a "houseboat" would be an effective way to keep away from the zombies so it's sort of a realistic mod too.
