Replace all startup stuff. 

NOTE:
The background won't work if you just put the vpk files in the 'Addons' folder (idk why). So, if you want the custom background you have to open the Sonic menu.vpk with GCFScape and extract the 'media' folder to '...\SteamApps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2' folder.
