Hunting Rifle/ Military Sniper silenced M4A1 CS:S Sound

In many L4D2 frag videos I have seen players using the sound of the CS:S silenced USP instead of the default Hunting Rifle or Military Sniper sound. Still there were people asking for it in the comments, who dont own CS:S or dont know how to get them. Unfortunately the sound was pretty low when I tried it, so I took the silenced M4A1 sound which is nearly the same, just a bit louder. Also I have to thank Whiie, kokekola, ferretsshadow, JollyJackel and aaWee (in no special order) for helping me with some problems I had with the sounds.

Just out of curiosity I assume the reason for replacing the hunting rifle sound is basically so that it acts as a kind of "cheat" allowing players to more easily hear specials etc. I use the hunting rifle all the time and it is one of the downsides of the weapon... but I always assumed that this was done deliberately so that it wasn't too overpowered.
