Well, it certainly resembles him and that makes it a good mod in and of itself. But in 3rd person he is so shiny that he looks like he's made of plastic. And there are no facial animations, which in my opinion are a must for a mod to get 5 stars. Still, this is a good replacement for Francis because this guy looks like a biker, and Francis of course has the dialogue of a biker. The icon is especially well done!
