This is just as impressive as the "standard" version of this. And one could argue even more appropriate for Francis given his dialogue sometimes mentions his vest. Personally if I were Francis I'd want more protection than a vest, but as Louis rightly points out Francis thinks he's a tough guy. This is probably the type of outfit he would wear as biker's like vests.
