Pros:
Looks very nice. Love the lay out. Love that you can go explore before starting great bit of the real mall.
Cons:
Why havent Valve picked this one up for a dlc! Maybe a Gun store out side? Other wise non worth mentioning!
Conclusion:
100/100! Fantasticle! Loved it. It was perfect, the only things missing or that you could ask for from this map, those are just things you'd like to see, nothing thats needed (for instance going back into the main mall for supplies, ormore gas cans or what ever). Or a campaign starting here via re-gas of the car. Maybe fill in the gap to dark carnival. What happened on the way there, a stop per map. ( I gotta get mappin) Very Well worth a DL!

Pros:
Good size map Good weapon choice Detailed area The Auto Warehouse & the Entrance where the car was are awesome! Loved it when the common infected came pouring in from the roofs! Nice intro as well
Cons:
Only played survival, couldn't check out infected spawns and roofs Would like to see more common infected
Conclusion:
Awesome map man! Didn't have a chance to try scavenge since I couldn't find anyone to play with on this map. But survival had many camping spots that fit the bill. I would imagine Scavenge Mode to be even better! Every area was also pretty unique. Good job with that and Thanks!

Pros:
Fantastic design - Looks like the "real" exterior for the mall. Story - Love the idea. Ties into L4D all the way. Great Areas - Love how each area is unique and provides a different feel to the map Good spread of weapons - In both Scavenge and Survival, the random weapons add replay value Custom Models - Nice Touch :D Love the "Shears Auto Center" Infected Positions - Awesome places for infected to spawn. The roof just gives so many options! Scavenge Mode - Each weapon and gas can seemed to have a place. It felt like part of the map had a purpose, kudos.
Cons:
Interiors - Wish there could be more interiors, though both the clinic and the auto shop are very cool. Fountain - The tank wasn't able to reach me in Survival, though I was at the very very top of the fountain. The common were able to get me though.
Conclusion:
Overall, great map. How long did you take to do this? Seems like a long time, but great work. All the cons I got are basically things I would like to see added, if you can. But great work, regardless! Love to see what else you got in the future!

Conclusion:
I have wierd idea on both pros and cons since its a funny story. Ellis crash 20 meters after leaving the finale... But its still wierd that they have to get more gas after that short distance. Its a bug on the fontain at start. Stand on it and common infected and tanks can't get you. I searched throw the whole map and no melee weapons. And the only ammo pile I found was the one at the car. And the thing I thought was the wierdest thing. Intro talking. It didn't make any sence at all and you apperently just added something. Ellis were telling a story and then they suddenly changed the subject and was talking about: "I agree with the idea, but I'm driving" Nobody said anything about ideas or anything. Just wierd. Otherwise its okey for a survival/scavenge map. I guess Ellis need a car license.

Pros:
- Played extremely well with friends - Excellent exterior, fits the "under construction" theme of the mall (I can't stress this one enough--you did an amazing job here) - In general, great detail on the outer perimeter (streets etc.) - Great distribution of interiors, the Care Clinic is awesome - Great clip job, couldn't find any map exploits - Loved the new models - Attention to detail with a "local story" i.e. the pile of bodies behind the fence - Funny story (Ellis, c'mon!)
Cons:
- Could texture the high mall rooftops and add ladders for great Hunter pounces or rocket Boomers - Nav mesh for the cars in general only have a back and front connection for Commons to get up, and for many of these the backside one isn't connected--Commons do stumble around trying to find the front of cars - Beginning env_instructor_hints for subtitles seemed out of place, but dialog choices were good - Even though harmless, the reuse of the "JUST FOR KIDZ" sign isn't architecturally relative to the spot in the mall you actually visit the store--I'd recommend using a model players have seen less of - Doors along the warehouse side and inside Care Clinic are prop_door_rotating--change these to prop_static and visually barricade them to prevent players from trying to open them and wasting their time - It is a small area and it's less necessary, but could use some optimization with portals and fades because everything rendered for me at all times (mat_wireframe 1) - With exception of the tent with the pile of bodies, the green fence along most of the perimeter blocks Survivor visibility to the detailed perimeter along the streets with cars, signs, gateway, and police barricade, especially at the warehouse side--if left as is remove a bunch of those cars keeping only the ones potentially visible by Survivors, or preferably make some fences see-through (also optimizing where needed)
Conclusion:
Overall I think this is a fantastic map with the right look and attention to detail, its story feels canon and everything--besides a few little nitpicking things--is Valvesque.

Good custom textures and models
Cons:
Hunters have it harder compared to the other special infected. Not many good places to pounce from. It's pretty sad how bad Ellis is at driving apparently
