Pros:
- A bit more logical (or "realistic"). - Looks great with all the details.
Cons:
- They kind of look zombie-like. - Always the same.
Conclusion:
I think this is great, and it indeed makes more sense (or it's "realistic") that they have wounds and all kinds of dirt. However, although it's creepier and "grittier", they kind of look like zombies, but luckily not so much that you'd really mistake them for zombies. Personally I just made up that maybe they're slowly turning into zombies, cause let's be real, how can they not get infected between all those zombies stomping and slashing on them, and all those fluids like blood and other gore flying around? Not to mention they also have open wounds (which this mod also gives you). The only thing I would love to see is that their looks change according to either damage they've taken, or otherwise differing per chapter/campagin (as the story progesses of course). But that wouldn't just be a re-skin anymore, it would be a question of programming, something I feel Valve should have already put in. Edit: Oh, one other thing. Would it be possible to create variations of either their wounds etc. or their outfits even? On top of that, maybe also a way for those (in a packed mod) to load randomly? Cause it would be cool to at least have more options in the look of these characters. And by the way, I don't hold anything like this against this mod. :) Anyway, loving this, great work. It's definitely helping to reshresh my experience with L4D2.

Pros:
-Realistic, just as it says -Characters have unique wounds -Eyes don't look as pale in-game -First-person arm details -Nick's torn up suit :P
Cons:
-Coach's shirt is now blue -They make the infected pale in comparison -Blood "goes away" from lips when a character talks
Conclusion:
These look great. Very creepy and realistic, and could even be something Valve would want to implement into future titles (that is, if they learn to count to 3!). To have the team start off generally OK, but degrade into this mess after everything they endure, it's just a really cool idea you've done there, and it was executed almost perfectly. I don't really take points away for Coach wearing blue, but it seems to be a common dislike so I just listed it. I personally don't mind it all that much, it's not the most obvious change ever. Nor do I take any away for the infected seeming less gory now- Especially that it seems you have some interest to mod them as well, it would be awesome to see what you come up with. The only true thing I noticed wrong with them was that when you watch a character talk, the blood/cuts directly on their lips kinda just fades away each time they open their mouth. I imagine it could be something very technical and possibly out of your control. I only noticed it in idle situations like the elevator in Dead Center's finale, so it really isn't that big of a problem, just something you might be interested to know. Great job- if anyone wants an upgraded look to the original cast, download this.

Pros:
-The "Realistic" part of this really lives up to its name. -I liked the detail to their clothes especially. How do they remain clean when they go through the swamp and sewers? -They're so pale they actually do look like infected themselves.
Cons:
-Their eyes are a little creepy, kind of lifeless, but it just adds to the effect, so what-the-hell.
Conclusion:
I've always wondered how they stayed so clean. Especially since Nick would always complain about his suit getting dirty, when he barely had a stain on it. I like these designs so much better. You should really consider making some for the original survivors. I'd love to see how they'd look like this.

Pros:
-New feel to the survivor outlook. -More realistic. (no way would there clothes be clean) -More interesting then original survivor designs. -More pleasing to the eye
Cons:
-Coach doesn't have the usual purple and gold shirt color. (Its not to big a deal because the blue color still works) -the hands in first person view do have a disfiguration to them. (but its not that noticeable)
Conclusion:
A well made mod with no real cons to it. Download is a must for new gameplay feel.

great mod if you prefer the characters looking beat up and dirty.

Ellis is a bit overdone in my opinion

love this mod. Coach is my favorite one. He was always the survivor that looked a little too clean, and now you fixed that. And besides "groovy color coach" there hasnt been any dirtier looking Coach skins and I like this one cause its dirty, yet still keeps his original style of clothes. And I'm glad you didnt overdue the blood on his face either, another reason I like it. I'm gonna miss the purple shirt, but the detail of this skin makes up for that loss. I dont really like the blue stains over his shirt, but besides that it's perfect
