    Pros:

    Add a HUD that Doktor Haus forgot
    Not glitch, just if you have another Mod can cause conflict

    Cons:

    10 bullets is too low, you gonna prefer the Hunting Rifle because he have 15 bullets (just if you have a Mod for hunting rifle that chance clip size)

    Conclusion:

    Haus do it a great job, but forget to make a HUD. I just waiting for somebody make this for i use this gun, thank Fauckers.
