    Pros:

    -- Exactly what it says on the tin: Dead-Center specific skins for Special Infected. 
    
    -- Pretty much everything would make sense in other campaigns, too.
    
    -- Everything is top-notch.
    
    -- Some of the skins use shader features I haven't seen used for SI before-- like the envmapped jockey.
    
    -- Has the first charger skin I've ever wanted to use.

    Cons:

    -- Has some kinks that I'll address in the comments.
    
    -- Doesn't come wrapped with a bow. 

    Conclusion:

    I hate to speak when I really don't have any authority (ability to produce skins), but a bunch of these skins have shader effects that overwrite each other: nearly every one of them has both $phongexponenttexture and $phongexponent (the global exponent is used instead of the texture), and if I'm not mistaken several of them have $diffuseexp, which I believe also overwrites exponent textures.
    
    Other than that, this is great! The only think that I could think to add (and I hate to mention it, again because I'm quite talentless) would be a more saturated CI clothing gradient (to match the mall theme), but that's certainly not necessary for anything.
