Description

Bill wearing a patient gown from a hospital, as seen in The Sacrifice comic. This is what Bill looked like on Day 1 – he was in the hospital when the infection broke out.

Includes custom first person arms and the whole model supports being covered in boomer bile. 

There isn’t actually much in the way of nudity, only half of each of the butt cheeks. Seeing as the hospital patient as a common infected is part of the game, this should be fine. If it nevertheless needs to be tagged as mature, please let me know!

As said, this mod is inspired by The Sacrifice comic. Four of the relevant pages from the comic are shown in the screenshot.
