これは元々別の人が作ったsteamワークショップにあった物ですが元々のbaidoのダウンロード元がダメになっていたので自分で作ったものです、せっかく作ったので公開しようと思います。

ファイル自体の拡張子がファイル名.vpkとなっていますが名前を変えただけでファイル自体はbikなので拡張子をbikに名前を変更しなおせば機能します。

以下導入の仕方
１、ファイルをダウンロードします
２、ダウンロードしたファイルの拡張子を名前を変更でbikにします
３、ダウンロードしたファイルをコピーして５つ同じファイルを作ります。
４、それぞれにl4d2_background01～05と名前を付けます
５、l4d2をインストールしたドライブにあるSteamLibraryフォルダ内のsteamappsフォルダ内のsteamappsフォルダ内のcommonフォルダ内の
Left 4 Dead 2フォルダ内のleft4dead2フォルダ内のmediaフォルダの中に
同じくl4d2_background01.bik～l4d2_background05.bikファイルがあると思います、これが元々のメニュー画面なのでバックアップを取っておいて下さい、で先ほど自分で名前を変えたファイルをこのmediaフォルダのなかに入れます
以上でメニュー画面が変わります
