Updated Garrus with the model from ME3 (The original one da1barker did was from ME2). This model was originally ported to source by Chilean Wolf and you can find his original version for garry's mod in the usual places. This one includes most of the requested fixes as well. Weapon hand is fixed, bone weights are tweaked a little, visor is back, lobby pics, etc updated, and he has fps arms too. (do bare in mind that he only has 3 fingers so some of the hand anims may look a little wonky). 
No eye posing or facial anims as of yet, however, if someone wants to do it I'll be happy to provide the files to work from. Just drop me a PM.

This will replace Ellis

Pros:

- It's Garrus! Best character from ME universe, who can resist that?
- Well detailed
- HUD icons
- FP arms
- Animations are done very well

Cons:

- Sadly, no facial expressions (do it please, my life will be complete ;-;)
-  You could replace one of Ellis's quotes with Garrus's "Calibrations" (For example, after finishing level)

Conclusion:

For me Garrus is the best video game character ever created and so, I'm happy to see this mod, even if it has it's bad sides it's amazingly great. All I can say, Callibrating
