For a first skin this is quite good. The "glitch" even works to your advantage by making a neat design on the backside. I'm definitely looking forward to seeing more of your work in the future.

I was wondering if you could make a Crowbar skin and/or a Nightstick skin, I'm trying to MLP all my weapons and no one made a Crowbar or Nightstick. BTW, this is my favorite Guitar skin out of the rest.

Look for Darkhunter on here, he has a Great And Powerful Trixie Nightstick skin ans also have a look through Sabre's mods, i don't know if it's on Left 4 Dead Maps but he has a skin for an Applejack crowbar. Hope that this helps!

Pros
nice detail on it
blood make it look better (in a good way)
pony fits with the weapon (in a way)
Ha! The harp is where the strings are.
Cons
can't see any in my eyes. Well, beside it being a pony mod but that means nothing really.
beside a "glitch" I can't see (or care to look) its a very nice skin.
