Description

Bill with his retail look, wearing the amazing outfit given to us by Splinks and Valve. I take no ownership for any of the models included in this mod, I just combined them together.

Comes with facial expressions, first person arms, boomer bile textures, incap and ingame panels, proper attachments. Comes with Miztaegg's HD beret for that beta likeness. Does not change Bill's model in 'The Passing'.

Default Bill with Beta Outfit

This is a great mod, and thanks for making it!  I like it even better than Original Bill, because that mod makes him look so old you'd think he was a Korean War veteran instead of Vietnam veteran.  But he is of course, a Vietnam veteran.
