It's just a simple mod which adds a lightwarp to the survivors, infected, weapons and items models. Probably I missed some models. I didn't wanted go trough every prop in the game just to add this, call it lazy work. Anyway, since this modify some stuff from the models, this likely will not be compatible with others mods which modifies the affected models (Skins for survivors or special infected for example). I don't think the screenshots are clear enough, you should try it in-game to see the difference. Steam Workshop version is available too.
