Description

Zombies are slow but kill you fast, they also spawn in greater number. No special infected.The weapons are powerful but ammo is rare.

Pistols have been moved to the primary weapon slot only melee can be held as a secondary. You use melee weapons while in last stand. You can also give pistols incendiary/explosive rounds.

Shotguns have been given more penetration to deal with hordes. Pump shotgun and spas shotgun have wider spreads. Chrome and auto remain the same.

The game is made darker so day levels look more like sundown/sunup and the night levels are more tense.

to disable the darkness '\' toggles the lighting system. >THIS WILL ACTIVATE SV_CHEATS<

Pros:

- Real zombie feeling.
- More tactical gameplay (should I shoot this basterd, or run past him)
- No emergency gun, just an simple knife.

Cons:

- Finals take way to long
- Zombies are a bit too strong.

Conclusion:

It's an awesome mod which gives you the feeling of an real appocalypse. Tactical gameplay is required, or you won't survive. Try to keep the shooting to a minimum, keep your bullets for a horde, I like that kind of play.

Of the cons I've noted, there's only one which really annoys me: The very long finals. Maybe (if posible) you should reduce the zombies in the final hordes, or reduce the amount of waves. But overall it's a great mod.
