Splinks has made a whole bunch of awesome L4D2 mods.  One of my favorites is the 'Baby Kit' that replaces the medkit with a swaddled baby.  A while back I made myself this little sound byte mod and use it alongside the Baby Kit mod.  This morning I asked myself, 'Why haven't you ever upped it for others to use?'  I didn't have a good answer, so here it is.  

Actually I think the laugh sounds a little older than a baby as young as the splinks model, but it's still pretty fun
