Replaces the L4D2 menu themes with the Character Select Theme from Skullgirls.

Replaces the survivor portrait icons on the in-game HUD.

Replaces the death music with songs from the Bleach series. The songs for when you die in a L4D1 campaign is 'Never Meant to Belong' the songs when you die in a L4D2 campaign is 'Soundscape to Ardor'.
