    Pros:

    Uh... Melee when downed?

    Cons:

    Not realistic at all
    Not enough SIs
    Overpowered guns
    Conflicts with 90% of other mods
    HUD turned off by default
    Screenshots advertising things that are present in normal gameplay (OHK Deagle, one hit incap with shotguns...)

    Conclusion:

    The idea was good but it's very poorly executed. I wouldn't recommend this mod unless you're really bored and have nothing else installed.

    Pros:

    +Melee when down, good idea

    Cons:

    -Some weapons seem a little too overpowered (-1)
    -Spas shotgun is NOT that accurate (-1.5)
    -Keeping some of the special infected itself seemed like the wrong choice (-1.5)
    -Interflicts with way too many other mods (-2)

    Conclusion:

    Not very realistic if you ask me seems like many other realism mods...
