Description

After downloading MonkeyRebel117's MA5D Assault Rifle mod I decided to make a sound mod to go with it, since Monkey's mod only came with the model, and no sounds/animations. This sound mod uses mostly Halo 4 sounds, but I couldn't find any sound files online for the equip or slide back/forward sound effects, and I don't know how to get them from the game itself, so I used the halo 3 sounds for those, but it still ends up sounding just fine. Oddly enough it was the Halo 4 sounds that caused the most problems while making this. The .wav for the gunshot sounded really weird in game and it needed some extensive tweaking in audacity in order for it to not sound weird.

After playing Halo 4 again, and hearing the assault rifle sound I adjusted the pitch of the gunshot to be deeper, and more closely resembling the gunshot from the game.
