It's Captain America, from Captain America: Super Soldier! 

Since I did  Spider-Man, I figured I should add Captain America to the game. 

And... here he is, people! 

He replaces Bill, and includes FPS arms and VGUI elements. 

Oh yes, this mod can't be complete without Emperor Doom's Captain America Shield! 

So, enjoy, everyone!
