3 maps of zombie chaos that has broken out around the hospital. This leaves the survivors with two goals: Eliminate the undead and escape ER! Paging Dr. Noah Drake!

Here is a much easier version of Death Toilet Maze: The survivors fell down the crapper in to a horribly wrong smelly zombie world. Constant challenges to complete to escape this stinky, zombified, shitty world!
