You need to subscribe to these mods below:

And you must backup your defaults background videos by yourself from this path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\media.

Default videos are l4d2_background01, l4d2_background02, l4d2_background03, l4d2_background04 and l4d2_background05.

Installation
1.Download background videos and extract to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\media .
2. Select "Replace All".
3.DONE!.

และท่านต้องสำรองวิดีโอแบ็คกราวน์เก่าด้วยตัวท่านเอง(ไม่สำรองก็ได้แต่จะหายไปเลย) ซึ่งอยู่ในโฟลเดอร์ตามนี้ C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\media
ซึ่งตัววิดีโอแบ็คกราวน์เก่าคือ l4d2_background01, l4d2_background02, l4d2_background03, l4d2_background04 และ l4d2_background05.

การติดตั้ง
1.ดาวน์โหลด แล้วแตกไฟล์ไปที่ C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\media
2.เลือก "แทนที่ทั้งหมด" หรือ "Replace All"
3.เสร็จสิ้น
