    Pros:

    It's nice to see a Bill skin that isn't him in some sort of military outfit. Clearly, this took more thought than the obvious route some skinners take with Bill(No offense to them).

Bill was also as a whole not seeing much love from skinners.

    Cons:

    I suppose you could also do something with the hat, but that's more of an improvement than a con.

    Conclusion:

    Very good skin, currently my Bill skin of choice.
