Camo Coach Tactical Body

as title says...skull camo uniform for bill. edits body only, so any head mod can be used with it.

it has brushed aluminum texture and normal map. i added tf2 metal bat ping to sounds. (only negative - cricket bat uses same sound files as baseball bat .. so it too will also have metallic ping sounds) DO NOT REDISTRIBUTE

this version has a little different look then the 'hyper-polished' version 1 ive wanted to come back an fix these up for a long time now. almost everthing has been reedited...texture, normal, exponent, vmt , etc.... chrome fx look better...
