Frag 12 grenade launcher

Changes the stats of every weapon (includes C:SS weapon) in L4D2. See changelog for more details.

This mod makes all weapons (including the m60, grenade launcher and the css weapons for those who have them) useable while incapped. This even makes the autoshotgun and spas 12 gauge useable while incapped but not the pump\chorme shotgun.
