Update: improved facial animations, improved boomer bile textures

Update: fixed the wrists, tweeked some of the weightmapping, turned down the specularity, changed her jewelry and added jigglebones

Update: Fixed the specularity map, but the wrist bone still refuses to animate

I thought the presidents daughter's outfit from MW3 would make a better, more professional outfit for Rochelle. Not only where they dressed alike but they also followed the same color scheme. Mod includes facial animation, first person arms, and boomer bile texture.

Conclusion:

This skin ain't half bad. She looks more appealing in these clothes. Usually when I see Rochelle, I think "Ew...". With this skin, I think "Not bad". This skin also does match Rochelle. Good Job.
