Description

That heavy is a charger!
You heard me right  a  infected heavy charger including sound and. Skin.
Currently it's in beta so don't be too fussy with the skin
Update:ugh it is being incredibly difficult to port the original heavy skin for an odd reason aka, skin being invisible. Its going to take awhile guys to complete. IF you wish to modify this skin so it's decent contact me and we can arrange it to be uploaded ina complete state if good.

Pros:

_Heavy's funny sound .
_Can be easier to hear a Charger with Heavy's voice instead his default voice .

Cons:

_He look really terrible . (-2)

Conclusion:

Good idea to make Heavy as a Charger but it will be better if you use the original Heavy's skin to replace the Charger as well . Anyway , good job boy :)
