    Pros:

    _Heavy's funny sound .
_Can be easier to hear a Charger with Heavy's voice instead his default voice .

    Cons:

    _He look really terrible . (-2)

    Conclusion:

    Good idea to make Heavy as a Charger but it will be better if you use the original Heavy's skin to replace the Charger as well . Anyway , good job boy :)
