Neptune's English Voice is here!! v2.1

Like before this voice pack replaces Ellis voice and turns it into Neptune's voice!

To install place the sound file in this C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\left 4 dead 2\left4dead2\sound 

TThen start L4D2 and run snd_rebuildaudiocache and then play away!

Have fun playing as Vert as well as the other CPUs and CPU Candidates.

if nothing else, try taking taking every file from the VPR or so and place it all in the respective folder.

I decided to continue this project again since now I have more material to work with so expect and update and the CPU Candidates very soon.

Also as someone said in the comment section (wish to give him credit for pointing it out but his name is Guest) if you hear loud beeping/static in game or including if you add new audio type in the developer console snd_rebuildaudiocache which should fix the annoying beeping/static sound and then type connect 1 to get back into the game.
